Who performs the treatments?
Every consultation and treatment is performed by Davidh Salem or another qualified aesthetic practitioner with specialist injectables and regenerative training.
How long does a consultation take?
Approximately 45 minutes. We take a full medical history, assess your facial anatomy, and design a plan together. There is no obligation to proceed on the day.
Does it hurt?
Most treatments are very well tolerated. We use topical anaesthetic for fillers and ultra-fine needles for anti-wrinkle injections. Discomfort is brief and minimal.
Is there any downtime?
Anti-wrinkle injections: none. Dermal fillers: mild swelling for 24–48 hours. Peels and microneedling: 3–7 days of skin flaking or pinkness depending on intensity.
Are results reversible?
Hyaluronic-acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Anti-wrinkle injections wear off naturally over 3–4 months.
How do you ensure safety?
We are JCCP and Save Face registered, follow strict sterile single-use protocols, and only use MHRA-approved products from licensed UK suppliers.
How young is too young for wrinkle-reducing treatment?
We don't treat under 21. Between 21 and 30, we consider preventative dosing case by case, only when clinically appropriate.
